Pasta with Smoked Salmon Tomato Cream Sauce
Alex made this for us as a perfect mid-day, just-arrived-from-the-airport-and-heading-off-to-the-theatre-meal. I highly recommend it for before theatre, after theatre or any time you need to whip up a quick and delicious meal.
Makes two servings. So double it, at least!
100g smoked salmon
6-8 cherry tomatoes
1. While pasta is cooking, cut the salmon in long, thin strips and the cherry tomatoes in quarters.
2. In a large pan, heat the cream. Add garlic. Season with salt and cayenne pepper and let boil. Stir in the salmon and tomatoes. Reduce heat and let simmer.
3. When the pasta is ready, drain, add to the sauce and let stand for 1 minute. Fertig!
